Position of the Web messenger launcher button and the impact on the messenger when it is open

I would like to move the Web messenger launcher button, which can be done through Messenger Configurations

However, when you click on the launcher button, the Messenger box appears above the launcher button, causing half the box to not appear like below.

Is there any work around for this?
