Possibility to bring Genesys survey form as popup to agent screen

We have a requirement to conduct surveys through agents instead of sending web survey links to customers. Is it possible to utilize the web survey form designed in Genesys to appear as pop-up windows for agents? With this setup, agents can ask questions directly to the customer and fill out the survey form themselves.

We're aware that we can bring in external survey applications as pop-ups, but we're specifically interested in leveraging the built-in survey form within Genesys for this purpose. Any insights or guidance on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think it is possible at this time. The Genesys Survey (and its url) is created after the conversation is ended, when the Architect Survey flow is triggered.

There is a Genesys Cloud Idea (feature request) which appears to be about creating a web survey via API. This could fit what you are trying to achieve. You can vote for this idea CESVY-I-27.
