Today Genesys announced a new feature for architect "Workflow" type flows, "Send Notification":
If you are using Data Actions inside of a "Workflow" type of Architect flow, you could now send yourself an email when something interesting happens, like taking the error path from a Data Action. Unfortunately this is not yet available in all flow types, such as the inbound call flow, it is only available in "workflow" flows.
This is great Jason, I hope it gets added to inbound call flow types soon as there are many use cases that we need to know about on our healthcare voice lines. Thanks for the update!

And @bholden please submit your idea for supporting this in call flows as well. In case you were not aware, there are completely different systems that process voice flows vs. other kinds of flow, which is why the different flow types do not have identical feature sets.
