Predictive Engagement Content Offers

Hello, looking for advice on PE action map configuration. We're using Google TM to deploy Predictive Engagement and Google TM is sharing custom attributes via the "Journey.pageview" command.

We are targeting different website visitors, unsigned-in guests, and signed-in customers. I'm triggering the action map using segments. In one segment, I am tracking unsigned-in guests to present them with the "guest" offer. The second segment is tracking signed-in customers to present them a "customer" offer.

When I set up my action maps, I'm noticing that the guest offer is getting triggered on the logged-in customer side. I'm assuming that is because both segments are tracking visitors similarly. We don't identify a customer until they sign-in to their account; meaning, they could be browsing as a "guest" but sign-in to their account after browsing and it triggers two segments: 1) Guest and 2) Customer.

Therefore, I have a question on the operators. If I add an operator to the "guest" segment to include "not like" and "Customer," would that exclude the offer from getting triggered on the customer side? Meaning, it would know not to offer the guest content offer to customers.

Not sure I completely understand how the "not like" operator works and I don't see an option to exclude "contains."
