Problem Google Chrome Agents

Is there some kind of issue between genesys cloud compatibility and softphone integrations with google chrome?

For a few days we have been having a problem that agents cannot answer calls from chrome, since they get the message "It is not possible to show the pop-up window of the webrtc phone", instead if they change browsers, for example with microsoft edge It works perfectly for them, we have already reviewed, cookies, cookies from the application in inspecting element, local storage, google chrome updates through the three dots, help, information and updating from there etc, but if we change to another browser like microsoft edge if it works for them.
