We have the following problem: we need to know when a client hangs up a call (before answering) or does not answer a call.
But the only way to know this is after the campaign ends, this is explained in the following link:
How can we know the value that the "LAST RESULT" field will take without ending the campaign? Since we will have the campaign activated for a long time, we cannot finish it.
Is there a Salesforce object we can query?
Because we assume that this information is stored temporarily somewhere, since it is then mapped to the "last result" field of the campaign member.
We assume that genesys from somewhere takes that value and places it in the corresponding campaign member, where does it get that value from?
