Do you know if there is a limitation with the TTS for Currency Datatype? I am trying to reproduce an audio for a currency value, but I am having problems when I pass the full variable (underlined in red). It works when I pass the amount value (underlined in green)

What Currency Type is it? USD?
I tried with USD and COP. Both failed
The language I am using is es-us
In Architect under System Prompts do you have an uploaded prompt in es-us for all the currency_xxx prompts?
It certainly works fine for me, using USD, and es-us on a test inbound flow. So just trying to think about the points of failure.
No. I have not uploaded any prompt for any currency. Could you export and share to me the inbound flow you are testing?
Sure. This is the simplest test I could think of. Reads a currency out. in USD with es-us as the language. using TTS as we have no System Prompts loaded for es-us.
