Process automation API & Triggers

Hello Team,

Could someone plz guide me how to use Process automation API with Triggers. I am not sure which Process AUtomation API needs to be configured and how to integrate with the below given topic. also let me know if this could trigger the INbound Survey call flow or not.(if I replace the workflow ID with the survey call flow ID).
Topic:

  • v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.customer.end

Requirement: If an agent disconnects a call, the call has to route to the Survey IVR.

No, triggers only accept workflows as target

Thanks a lot, Is there any other way to trigger the Inbound Callflow (Survey Flow) on the event of Agent Disconnect. like using script etc.

I don't think that there is any way to use triggers for this, as once the agent hits the disconnect button there is no longer a call to play a survey to.
