I'm checking on progressive outbound campaign from Australia, my understanding is automatic time zone mapping doesn't work in the region. I have set the "outbound setting" to allow unmapped contacts to 8:00am to 9:00pm Australian time (+10:00). The campaign has one contacts and 2 agents on-queue. On running the campaign, it shows Contact dialed 100% but there is no actual outbound call made. The diagnostics windows shows "no possible call blockers" Outstanding calls = 1, Scheduled calls = 0. The in-progress stays for a few minutes and proceed to finished with 1 call dialed (where no outbound call was made)
The same contact list works for preview outbound though.
I also tried to use a different contact list with "Time Zone" column with value "AEST", configure a Contactable Time sets for Australian time and assign the Contactable Time Set to the campaign. The campaign finish at a much faster rate. But still no outbound calls was made. Appreciate any tips for resolving this issue.
