Pure Cloud - Subscribe for a topic, that will notify about call events for all agents/extensions

I am using Genesys Pure Cloud SDK, WebSocket to receive notification from Pure Cloud about agent calls.
Question: Does Genesys API have an option to subscribe for a topic, that will notify about call events for all agents/extensions for a specific tenant?
