I am currently diving into the data integration possibilities between PureCloud and Qlik Sense. This integration allows you to create dashboards and combine both PureCloud data and data from other sources. My question is, assuming that there isn't any Qlik-specific connector, which APIs could allow such integration? Is PureCloud Analytics API the answer?
Yes, the analytics observations queries will give you realtime information and the aggregate/detail queries will give you historical data. You can use the analytics query builder to test the queries https://developer.mypurecloud.com/developer-tools/#/analytics-query-builder
