PureCloud Collaborate as Slack replacement?

Hello

Capabilities question on API. Current setup includes an application, which has ability to send feedback, which is pushed to backend server and then forwarded to Slack channel, which alerts interested parties.

Is it possible to use PureCloud Collaborate as a replacement for Slack?

I would assume backend server should send API request to PureCloud server - has this been tried before? Is it supported?

Check out the web hook api, I think it handles what you want. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/webhooks/ I'm guessing your notification source isn't one of the OOTB products supported, but you can use the generic web hook to send it from your backend server.
