We have created an extra tab next to using the embeddable framework. Normally we can send messages from the framework.js to our app.js to instantiate searches inside the CRM the app is loaded. However for some reason whenever I close the current tab (where the CTI is loaded as an app) and open a new tab which loads the CTI again I can no longer receive any events.
After logging out and then back in in the new tab I can receive the events again. For somereason it looks websocket related.
I am unsure if this something we can deal with ourselves.
