For some reason PureCloud Web Interactions extension for Chrome is not working as expected. When I'm trying to launch a chat it just hangs or it throws an error "Chat is unavailable due to an authorization error". Chat via Developer Tools is working fine. PureCloud tenant that I'm working on is being hosted in Frankfurt.
I tested the extension with another PureCloud tenant that is being hosted in Ireland. Everything works fine with that. Settings in both tenants are identical. Web chat deployments are enforced in org settings, web chat deployments exist and authentication setting in deployments is off. Any idea what might be causing this?
Are you referring to PureCloud for Chrome? If so, please post on the PureCloud Community Forum or raise the issue to PureCloud Care. The developer forum is focused on APIs and customizations.
I'm not referring to PureCloud for Chrome. I'm referring to a testing tool that simulates the web chat experience. Maybe that is not widely used, but I find it useful when I have do a web chat demo. Extension is called PureCloud Web Interactions
