Put and Post DataAction from Script

Dear PureCloud

Hope this message finds you well.

Please may I ask for your support with using the Put or Post data action from a Script?
When configuring the data action, if I select a GET data action I have the options for Input and Output, allowing me to configure the action. When I want to use a PUT or POST data action (that take inputs), I do not have option to input anything.

As you have a support question your best bet is to contact the customer care organization and open a support ticket.
