My understanding is that the limit for assigned QA Evaluations is 50 per Evaluator. Is there any way to extend that? Our customer's Avg Talk Time is 45 seconds. They are a unique use case.

PureCloud does not assign evaluations to evaluators who have reached the 50 assigned evaluations per day system limit. Instead, it assigns those evaluations to the next available evaluator.
Tim, can I follow up with a question on this topic? What is the limiting factor on this? That article you linked to was good, but didn't explain part of it for me. Why is 50 the limit? Can that be adjusted? Is it a technical limitation or just a setting in PureCloud somewhere that is locked down for now? Thanks for your help.
I don't know what the reasoning for this specific limit is, but limits are generally put in place for performance/scalability reasons. When setting limits like this, the product team utilizes feedback from the ideas site to understand how customers would like to use the product and set reasonable limits for expected use cases.
