Query on Conversation API integration

Hi Team,

We had a requirement of agent should get notification in the desktop when customer disconnect the call.
For that we raised a case with Genesys and Genesys suggested the below mentioned API.
GET /api/v2/conversations?communicationType=call HTTP/1.1

I had created button in Agent script and created data action using the above mentioned API and not getting proper response while testing data action and it is showing error in response script.

Can anyone please suggest how to integrate this Api or any API suggestion to match our requirement.
