Query related to agents in WFMmanagement unit

I have 10 agents in Management unit finance. These 10 agents have schedules from past 1 year. agent named RS was deleted from org. What will happen to the Schedules and their historical Adherence data.

Schedules will exist until they are deleted and will be shown as schedule for 'Unknown' for deleted users. Historical adherence for deleted users will not be available.

Okay got it @Langsford_Jay but related to deleting Adherence data related to deleted agent is because of compliance purpose or if other purpose?

I'm also seeing for few Management units the ModifiedBy as 'System'.
In which scenarios we will see ModifiedBy as System.
Is the System referring to updates from Genesys?

System modifier means something (automated process or some internal service) made modifications. E.g., if a shift trade is reflected in a schedule change the modifier is System; if we had some automated data migration, the modifier would be System.

Management Unit is a pretty big 'container' of lots of items and the version, modifier, and modified by information at the root is propagated up and probably not terribly useful to a consumer. You can always look in Audit for more specifics on what recent changes were for that Management Unit.

It is difficult to track the status of Agent when he is moved to a different Management unit or removed from the Management Unit.
If we want to know Agents current Management Unit could you let me know the easiest navigation instead of checking each Management unit to identify the agent.

Those are infrequent type changes so you should be subscribing to topics rather than some not-so-smart polling approach.

E.g., https://developer.genesys.cloud/notificationsalerts/notifications/available-topics#v2-workforcemanagement-agents

API documentation should be sufficient enough for someone to know which APIs would be required to determine the current MU association is for a user. If you need more help, I would recommend a paid PS engagement.

Okay Understood @Langsford_Jay @brian.trezise
Could you adress this query

Adherence data is lost because we only consider the current members of an Management Unit when handling an adherence request. If a user is deleted they are no longer a member of the management unit, and so we no longer even attempt to calculate adherence for that user when requesting that MU.

Okay @Dan_Hoffman @Langsford_Jay thank you for the clarification
