Query related to Premium App permission set up

Related to Premium App permission setup can we include 'conversation:participant:attributesview' permission.
I was asking this query because we didn't include this permission in our premium app setup.

For few customers receiving exceptions as mentioned below

  1. Exception: Unable to perform the requested action. You are missing the following permission 'conversation:participant:attributesview' in the provided division(s).

  2. Exception: Conversation participant attribute search is not enabled for organization, missing 'participantAttributeSearch' product. To enable this endpoint please contact customer care to submit a care ticket.

So based on above points 1& 2 I am confused whether to include in the premium app installation setup or not. If included, will it break the integration
