Query related to Queue performance report

Related to Queue performance report if segment end date for session is null. Is it getting counted for displaying noffered in report?

nOffered has nothing to do with the segment end date. Per these docs (https://developer.genesys.cloud/analyticsdatamanagement/analytics/metrics#conversation-aggregate-metrics) nOffered is the number of interactions offered to a queue by an ACD.
