Question about "v2.analytics.queues.{id}.observations"

I'm wondering if there's any documentation about what sorts of events trigger this notification topic to fire?

I found this thread (Notifications Time Interval 10 minutes) that mentions that topic fires every 30 minutes, but is that the only time it fires (on a 30 minute schedule)? Are there other events, like a new call in the queue, also trigger it?

The event is fired any time there is a call that enters/leaves/is answered in the queue. The question about 30 minutes is that topic also provides aggregated interval stats but provides those stats for a 30 minute interval eg 12:00 - 12:30 and not a 15 minute interval 12:00 - 12:15
