Question on Genesys Apex Job (DataCollectionJob )

There's a Genesys scheduled apex job called DataCollectionJob that's currently scheduled as an inactive user in our Salesforce org. We need to deactivate this user completely so the job will need to be rescheduled as a different user. I need to know how to re-schedule the job and if the scheduled user requires any specific permissions.

Any information as well about what this job does would be very helpful.

The DataCollectionJob gets scheduled when the Server-Side Logging setting is enabled or when you retrieve Genesys Cloud campaign options. The scheduled user should not need any specific permissions.
