We have a question regarding the elimination of queues. In our call center they are unifying a lot of the queues and want to eliminate the remaining ones that will not be used, but we want to make sure that if the queue is deleted from Genesys, the information is still appearing whenever I query the past data from the API?
Also we want to clarify if there is timeframes regarding the availabilty of the information for deleted as well as not deleted queues. Is there a time limit in the past to be queried?
