Queue settings on Embeddable Framework

We are working on an Embeddable Framework public deployment.
In the settings, there are a couple of queue settings called
"Prompt for queue on click-to-dial"
" Remember the last selected queue"

Is it possible to check the values of these fields by default?
So that the user does not manually have to do it every time they clear their cookies ?
