Queue Voicemail -> Change Priority and delay

i everyone,

We are playing with queue voicemails at this moment.
The functionnality is great, but for really be efficient we would like to find a solution for :

  • Changing the priority of the voicemail (callback) to 0 to prioritize calls first.
  • If possible to add a delay of 30 or 60 minutes to those voicemail to route it only after that delay.

Do you think it is possible with a Data Action or directly on Architect ?
