Queues and Scheduling

Hello everyone,

I'm just planning a new infraesctructure and got in doubt, we have an IVR with 4 queues, each one with their own service time, it's possible set the scheduling inside the architect call flow?

The other way is create an IVR for each queue and set the schedule separately, but that increase the management overhead, anyone knows a easier way to do that?

You can use the evaluate schedule and/or evaluate schedule group action within the flow.
