Sending it as an SMS message is not an issue, that's just a data action and sending its inputs but we have been asked if its possible to send the OTP as a voice message to be picked up and listened to whilst an agent is on the phone with the customer
Sorry I might be missing something. Wouldn't this be an agentless outbound flow used by a voice campaign? You state you already have a digital campaign that is configured off of a data action. Another data action would have to submit the OTP info to the voice campaign in the same fashion as the SMS.
Not exactly, what they want to do is send a voice message - a one time password generated using TTS in Genesys in this case, to SMS or MMS. I cant find a way to make it work, It may be possible when Rich Content is supported but at the moment I dont think its possible
