Recorded Call Media Redaction

Hi Team- We're interested to know is there any Recording API exposed by Genesys cloud that allows to change state of the recorded media (Customer/Agent or Both Channels) on given time-line to add silence frames. This is required to address any missed cases in secure-pause to meet compliance requirements latter on.

Hi Faiz,

The Genesys recording and conversation APIs do not support the ability to manipulate a recording to add a silence frame. I would recommend you open an Idea on our Idea's portal.
