We are currently configuring Genesys to implement into our business.
Our current method of outbound dialling is that the following day we will pull all uncontacted leads from the day prior and place these into a separate campaign. so for example we will have "live" "Out of hours" "old" as 3 different campaigns.
What I would like to know is the best way that we can remove the uncontacted leads from "live" and "out of hours" and have them available to place into the "old" campaign.
For info we clear each pot daily at present and then re upload fresh data the next day.
