Summary: Removal of the segment assignments by customer GET endpoint.
Context: The Predictive Engagement platform is being made more contact-centric. As part of this effort the endpoint to retrieve segment assignments by customer is being replaced by an endpoint to retrieve segment assignments by contact. This endpoint for retrieving segment assignments is: GET /externalcontacts/contacts/{}/segments.
Impact: No end-user impact. The endpoint is not currently in use by any end-user. The endpoint was recently introduced as part of the Customer Segmentation feature (AI-202) which remains a closed Beta.
