Replace wrap up code screen

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to disable / replace the default wrap up screen. We would like to generate our own screen for this functionality to have something more tailored for our users.

In general, custom handling for interactions can be done with Interaction widgets.
However as far as I know, there's no way to disable the wrapup screen.
To suggest this idea, you can post it in the Genesys Ideas portal

Hi,

If it is not possible to disable the wrap-up screen it is possible to have the Genesys UI highlight the custom script tab instead of navigating directly to the wrap-up view when a call is completed?
