Reporting on Asynchronous Chat to External Systems

Just wanted to get some of your experience/opinion input. Are there maybe anyone who has ever built anything reporting related for asynchronous chat for external systems. Like connected towards Genesys API and retrieved this reporting information for your systems in any way? If so what APIs would you suggest to use or look at? Any suggestion would be really helpful!

There are quite a few resources that you may find useful, such as

  • Notification - To set up real time notifications for chat events
  • External Contacts - For associating chat interactions with specific customers or external systems.
  • Analytics - To query detailed analytics data about conversations, including chat-specific metrics
  • Convesation
  • Users

There's quite a few other apis you may find useful but this is a good start
