Just had this query from our customer, if you could advise please?
We are currently using the Google Cloud ES Dialog-flow integration with Genesys for a voice-bot in the US. We have been working with Google and our Chat bot provider for improvements on performance over the past weeks. One question that had come is the following:
- How Dialog flow STT is being called from Genesys e.g how the Dialog flow rest API is called.
Are Genesys able to provide more technical information about this integration?
