Requests originating from this IP address are not authorized

We are experiencing a critical issue with our integration to Genesys APIs. At random instances, API calls fail with the following error message:

Requests originating from this IP address are not authorized.

This issue is intermittent and occurs unpredictably, impacting our application's functionality. We have not configured any IP whitelisting or blocking settings, yet this error appears in certain cases while other requests work as expected.

Due to this API failure, our integrated application is facing disruptions, leading to operational challenges. We require urgent assistance in diagnosing and resolving this matter.

I would recommend to contact Genesys Customer Care and open a ticket with them.
We do not have access to customer environments, logs and data from the forum.
Support may be able to give you more details about what they see on their end.

Thank you for your response, the issue was with whitelisting some of my IPs were not whitelisted in Genesys thats why I got that error.

The issue can be overcomed if we degulary monitor any IP changes from our network and update it in to Genesys org settings
