We have integrated the Genesys Cloud Embedded Framework with a third-party application, displaying both the main window and the interaction window on a single page. In the interaction window, agents primarily use Copilot as the main tab, and we need to display it in full view.
We noticed that the Genesys Cloud web client allows resizing Copilot, but this feature is not available in the Embedded Framework.
Is there an option to enable the resize functionality in the interaction window of the Genesys Cloud Embedded Framework?
The Embeddable framework has a different value to the full GC UI. It is designed to be small in order to be integrated into a CRM/host system without limiting important information in that real estate.
With that said - this will come in the future but today there is no way to increase the size.
What i would suggest is that you make copilot the driver for loading a 'script' with the information that will be presented (in a voice call) on the main stage area (white space at the center of your screenshot)
Currently, we are not using scripts. We have assigned an empty script to load the interaction window.
Are you saying that Copilot will be loaded within the scripts?
Is there a separate iframe URL for loading Copilot, similar to the interaction window, for all interaction types?
At this time, no. But this is the direction that we are planning for late 2025. Where these individual components will be available to embed in your CRM and rescale to size.
