We have a "Google Cloud Dialogflow ES Resell" voice bot integration with Genesys org.
Currently, we have a limitation in Google dialog flow such that we cannot search calls via any identifier. Such as we have interaction ID in Genesys Cloud.
In this case, we have to manually check the call in google dialog flow based on timings & eventually find what is the utterance & what is the intent match.
Or
we listen to the recording to listen to the user utterance.
Or
In some special case, we raise a case with Genesys who finds in backend logs the co-relation ID, intent & utterance.
Is there a way, we can capture in Architect, the user utterance (since we already know the intent path in Architect and we can use set participant data to have that displayed), but can we capture user utterance for a conversation.
How would this help?
We would then export interactions report export and analyze user utterance & its respective intent match and that would help us in reporting.
