Retrieving conversation attributes from Salesforce CTI Extension

We're working with SF users via SF/GC CTI adapter, and need to perform a screen pop using conversation attributes. We're using Extension Points via the screen pop interface to attempt to perform the screenpop, but the documentation isn't clear as to how to actually retrieve attributes on the conversation.

It mentions to use the condensed conversation information (https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/embeddable-framework/condensed-conversation-info), but all that it specifies is to configure the custom interaction attributes.

Any feedback on how to actually retrieve custom attributes from conversation/interaction object within the screen pop interface?
