Is it possible to get the roadmap for Pureclouds Webchat for 2018, currently the feature is very limited and immature compared to other solutions, this would be helpful especially when trying to sell the solution to customers so they know what is in the pipeline for the product

You should be able to access the PureCloud roadmap that includes the ACD chat features via the support portal. If you'd like we can also set up some time to have a more in depth look at some of the upcoming changes and to see what are the most pressing issues you are seeing.
