I am routing a call from Twilio to Genesys cloud. I have 2 Genesys acounts.
On one account I can rout successfully to my BYOC, and see UUI data etc. I have a IP source I use which when I remove it I get a forbidden error, and add again it works. Therefore I expect this IP is correct and the one I should use
In my other Geneyss account, I cant seem to transfer to my trunk. I get forbidden on the Invite. I have the same IP source in this account and still get forbidden.
Could someone maybe point to me, where else in my Genesys account or trunk it could be blocking this incoming invite, and to allow my incoming call.
Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate. We don't have the ability to pull the edge device's logs via the forum; only Care can do that.
Thanks for your assistance, to make it a little less specific, would this forum offer more generic guidance on where in routing to a BYOC might there be additonal blockers in addtion to the IP sources?

You might have better luck asking about edge configuration on the Genesys Cloud Community Forum. This dev forum is focused on API usage and customizations beyond what can be accomplished via configuration.
