Salesforce - Call log not showing in Case Feed

Following up on the issue posted a few years ago. Has anyone else seen this performance? If so, how did you resolve?

Our case: User picks up the phone call while on the Account Page in SFDC > agent Navigates to related/ existing Case> agent Disconnects the phone> Call log is not showing in Feed.
Note that Logged Interaction is only showing under Case Related Activity History but not on a Case Feed.

Any feedback is much appreciated
