Salesforce Ecomm with Genesys chat

Hello,

We have configured the Genesys chat from the salesforce Ecom platform, where there is no issue from the users end. everyone is able use the functionality. But the issue here is for some reason in the back the we are getting below mentioned errors continuously which is login failures.
