Salesforce integration for VOIP illegal countries

Hi @Richard.Schott,

I need your help to understand, we have one environment for Salesforce and 2 environment for PureCloud( .com and .ie)

Currently, we have integration with .com and Salesforce and it works fine.
Can we also do a similar installed package for .ie and Salesforce. Will that work? Or Is there anything else that has to be done?

Regards,
Divya Prabhu

These articles should give you what you need. The one thing to keep in mind is that there is a 1:1 relationship between a Salesforce instance and a PureCloud org for API based integration features, namely Salesforce Email Routing and Campaign Management. These features require an Oauth client be configured, and there is only one Oauth client allowed per managed package, and only one managed package (of a specific type) can be installed per Salesforce instance (i.e. you cannot install two of the PureCloud for Salesforce managed package, as Salesforce does not support this configuration).

Hope that helps.

Hi Richard.Schott,

Good morning!

Another query is I do not see the add on license: Salesforce
which has the permission set integration->Salesforce->agent

As a result it tells you do not have the license to use this product for the .ie environment.
It exists on the .com environment.

Does it mean license has to be purchased from PureCloud? or enabled for .ie box?

That permission is added when the PureCloud for Salesforce product is added to your organization. This should happen automatically when the subscription is updated. If your org doesn't have this added to the subscription, you can sign up for a free trial here: https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/purecloud/listing/0be859e5-1774-48fa-ac5f-1c9f142013f8
