Salesforce - Manual Dials to flag account information in Genesys interaction detail

We are looking for a way to use "click to dial" in Salesforce and have the account information brought over to Genesys to be listed as a participant data on the interaction, currently if we dial in this format it's the same as if we just punch a number in with no additional information.

I do not have access to our Salesforce development, so looking to see if anyone had done this and what the process looks like.
