Salesforce Plugin consuming significant CPU usage on Citrix

Hi,
we have recently migrate users in our Citrix environment to Genesys, we have noticed the CPU usage on our Citrix servers increase significantly. The CPU usage appears to increase throughout the day and is not as dependant on logged in Genesys users volume. ( Its as if the salesforce plugin continues to retain CPU resources for each call. ) Citrix desktops are dropped each evening.

Voice is not delivered to the Citrix environment.

Any ideas?

This is really an issue that should be raised with Genesys Cloud Care.
