Salesforce SDFC error - unable to pick interaction - webRTC error

hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone can help, we are using Salesforce SDFC, and got error "unable pick interaction" as following:

and when we looked at browser console log, there's an error as following:

app.js:239 [streaming-client] Could not create WebRTC answer DOMException: Failed to execute 'createAnswer' on 'RTCPeerConnection': PeerConnection cannot create an answer in a state other than have-remote-offer or have-local-pranswer.

Just wondering if anyone can help ? is this problem with browser ? or client PC ?
