Salesforce WebRTC disable by agent

Hi

I have experience with the agent can make the WebRTC status to not working, he close the WebRTC many times until the WebRTC not working, and the agent still can change status to On Queue.
And I have remove the Telephony > Station > DisassociateSelf this is working only when using Genesys Cloud UI but not working if using SalesForce Client

How to protect case like this and how to monitor that agent webrtc is not ready
