We are displaying the participant data in the Genesys Cloud Widget.
Is it possible to bold and increase the font size of certain text on the display screen?
In the following, I would like to apply the formatting to Customer name.

There are no formatting controls for the conversation roster; that said, you're already seeing the first line of the conversation in a larger font size than the remaining conversation attributes.
Got it, Richard. Business users wanted it to be bold and yes I would let them know its not possible.
