SAP CRM identify transfer

Hi, we are using the PEF for integration with SAP CRM.

We want to have a custom attribute to be filled with Transfer when call is being transferred from Agent1 to Agent2 as we don't nee to identify the customer again when the call is being transferred.

How can we achieve this?

Have you tried addTransferContext?

Yes, I have configured it, but without result
