I see that a satisfaction survey from can be created in Genesys Cloud CX3.
My question is, can we display a pop-up automatically inside the messenger and ask to the customer give 1-5 stars and write any explanation for his/her experience when web messaging is finished?
Is it possible to design that small pop-up in Genesys Cloud?
Also for the other detailed satisfaction survey form design solution, how can we display the survey link (referenced by that conversationId) automatically in the messenger after finishing the agent conversation?
