Hi,
I'm extracting schedule detail information and am now being asked for the Planning Group(s) associated with the schedules (as I believe users can filter on this in the Genesys dashboards). I am not seeing any association in the schedule APIs. What is the best way to get this association?

Thanks. And I'm guessing no API to invoke the calculation and give results. That's unfortunate.
Correct, they don't even have an undocumented API the intraday page uses - It's doing all the logic in javascript.
You could try suggesting it as an Idea but it's unlikely to get a quick turn around.
Thanks for posting. Members of the Genesys Workforce Management team do monitor these forums and are taking your feedback into consideration for our future roadmap. As mentioned in the topic linked by @Eos_Rios above, planning group membership can be calculated based on the route path definitions currently. However, we recognize it currently takes additional effort to compute this today and are always evaluating ways to improve the usability of our APIs for customers.
Thanks, Brian. I'm sure a new API in this are would be helpful for a lot of other people, as well.
